I met Stephanie years ago and had the honour of taking her portraits in one of my first boudoir marathons, so when she approached me about taking some portraits of her and her two brothers as a gift for her parents, of course I said YES!
It was a frigid day in early December, but there wasn’t any snow on the ground so we were lucky. The boys were quite brave and even changed outfits outdoors. Thanks for being so patient and for freezing your buns off.
Still need Christmas cards? I’ve got a solution! Special promotion on Christmas photocard digital designs. Send me your favourite photo (whether I took it or not), and for $10 I will send you a personalized digital file to print and share with your family and friends!
These cards are customised by me using photos you have taken, or from one of my portrait sessions. There is no need to book a session to get these card designs!
Let’s face it, babies don’t come with owner’s manuals – we know that parents need to do their own research to figure out what’s best to raise their children. That’s why they created The Baby and Bump Show for parents and parents-to-be in the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph area.
If you come by my booth, you can get your complimentary portrait taken! Plus, you get to meet me in person and take advantage of this year’s portrait rates before they go up in 2012. I’ve been planning all month for some amazing specials for people who stop in to visit me at my booth.
If you sign up for my newsletter, I will send you a coupon for $2 off admission to the show! Even if you can’t make it to the show this Sunday, if you sign up for my newsletter you won’t miss out on the specials.
There are a lot of things going on at the show, check out the Entertainment Stage schedule here: http://www.babyandbump.ca/baby-and-bump-schedule.html
Remember, your free portraits are from 10am-12pm and from 1pm-5pm! I’ll have a winter holiday theme set up, and will email your photos digitally after the show.
There’s a crispness to the air these days, and my lawn is already filling with leaves.
I have an itch for some autumn themed photos!

One of my favourite clients contacted me this fall to take some portraits of their family. She, her husband, her sister-in-law, and her chocolate lab Killick all came out to Guelph for some fall photos in the Guelph Arboretum. Here are a few shots from the session:

Our good friends are expecting! I’m not sure how much more perfect it could be because their due date is Mother’s Day. What better way to celebrate your first Mother’s Day than to become a mother for the first time. I have no doubt they will be excellent parents, and am anxious (as are all their loved ones) to meet their little one once he (or she!) makes their grand entrance into our world.
It was an honour to be asked to take some photos of them. Here are my personal favourites.
