A Christmas Gift | Guelph Family Photographer
I met Stephanie years ago and had the honour of taking her portraits in one of my first boudoir marathons, so when she approached me about taking some portraits of her and her two brothers as a gift for her parents, of course I said YES!
It was a frigid day in early December, but there wasn’t any snow on the ground so we were lucky. The boys were quite brave and even changed outfits outdoors. Thanks for being so patient and for freezing your buns off.

Portraits in the Arboretum | Guelph
One of my favourite clients contacted me this fall to take some portraits of their family. She, her husband, her sister-in-law, and her chocolate lab Killick all came out to Guelph for some fall photos in the Guelph Arboretum. Here are a few shots from the session:
It’s a… Baby! | Guelph Maternity
Our good friends are expecting! I’m not sure how much more perfect it could be because their due date is Mother’s Day. What better way to celebrate your first Mother’s Day than to become a mother for the first time. I have no doubt they will be excellent parents, and am anxious (as are all their loved ones) to meet their little one once he (or she!) makes their grand entrance into our world.
It was an honour to be asked to take some photos of them. Here are my personal favourites.
Family Photos | Riverside Park | Guelph
This young family met with me last weekend for a mini-session in Riverside Park in Guelph. Their adorable children were a pleasure to photograph! We had a beautiful day too – what a great opportunity to enjoy the picturesque parks Guelph has to offer. Here’s just a few!
Lena – Another Littlest Hero
I met Lena and her family through the Littlest Heroes Project two weeks ago. We visited a park near their house and took some time to play on the playground. Lena and her two brothers and her Mom all had a lot of fun with me, and each one of them was a total ham in front of the camera!
Magdelena (Lena for short) has a long list of abnormalities. Her heart, lungs, kidneys, bowel are all misshapen. Her heart issues are called Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome. She has asthma and is hard of hearing.
To date she has had no surgeries, and she has been living just like a normal kid despite her challenges.
Her spice for life is contagious!
Engagement Photos in Guelph with Summer & Brett
On Friday I got to meet Summer and Brett for their engagement photos in Guelph. The day was gorgeous, and so were they! They will be getting married at Langdon Hall in August, and I’ll be there to capture the “I do”s! Here’s a sneak peek for you.

A new graduate!
Congratulations to my good friend who finished her degree last year. Before the snow fell last fall I was fortunate enough to be able to get out with the leaves and take some photos to commemorate the milestone. Good job, lady!

Mini-Sessions in Riverside Park: In Love
Back when it was warm and sunny, and the flowers were in bloom, I held some mini-sessions at Riverside Park. One hour with me and your photos on disc. It was so much fun, I will definitely do it again next summer! Watch the blog and my Twitter for announcements when I’ll be holding them again to reserve your space. These ones went quick.
The first couple I’d actually met before – at my Boudoir Marathon in July! She loved her photos so much she wanted to come back for some portraits with her boyfriend. These two are always fun to work with and as always, it was nice to have a repeat customer.
The second couple I had visit me in the park for photos were two high school sweethearts. They were smokin’ hot too!
I love love love the photo of the two of them kissing in the ‘forest’. I think it is really romantic.
Remember to comment and make me donate more to the Guelph Food Bank who is always looking for more to help those who need it in Guelph.
